What is a 'Digital Download Printable'?

Our Digital Download Printables are high quality digital files that you can purchase from our store, download instantly, and then easily print out at home or take to a print shop if you prefer.

How do I get my downloads?

Simply choose the item you would like to purchase and add it to your cart. Once you complete our easy checkout process you will be able to download your files straight away by clicking a link on the order confirmation page. You will also be able to download the files you have purchased via the confirmation email that we will send you, and if you choose to set up an account then also at any time via your account page on our site.

Do I get instructions on how to print and fold my Pocket Doodle Reads?

Yes, we supply easy to follow instructions on how to print and fold your set of Pocket Doodle Reads. These instructions are supplied as an accompanying PDF file when you download your purchased products. The whole process is simple and fun, with no glue, tape or staples required, just fold and then one simple snip on each booklet.

What format are the files that I will receive?

We supply our printables in Adobe Acrobat format, also known as PDF format. They are high resolution to produce beautiful results when you print them. We strongly recommend you use Adobe Acrobat Reader® to open and print your files. If you don’t already have it, you can download the latest version for free from this link.

What paper size can I use in my printer when printing the printables?

We have prepared two versions of each product for printing on either US Letter Size paper (8.5″ x 11″) or A4 Size Paper(210mm x 297mm). You will be able to download both sizes from your order. It’s important to use the right version for the paper size you are printing on. Ensure that the print settings are set to ‘actual size’ when printing.

What equipment do I need to print my Pocket Doodle Reads?

Once you have downloaded your purchased files you simply need a printer (inkjet or laser) connected to your computer. Your printer will need to print on either standard US Letter Size paper (8.5″ x 11″) or A4 Size Paper(210mm x 297mm). We recommend using a color printer, and printing from a computer rather than a mobile device. We strongly recommend you use Adobe Acrobat Reader® to open and print your files. If you don’t already have it, you can download the latest version for free from this link. Use a good quality standard paper. You do not need glue, staples or tape, but you will need a pair of scissors to make a single cut for each booklet. Pocket Doodle Reads use a total of 6 sheets of paper to print out the daily episode booklets and the storage pocket.

Are you planning to add new titles to Pocket Doodle Read?

Yes, we hope to add new titles, and have some in production already. To keep updated on new releases when they happen, please and we’ll let you know.

Can I print and sell Pocket Doodle Reads I have purchased?

We retain full copyright of our product, and so you are not permitted to offer our content for sale in any format, printed or digital. You are free to print multiple copies for your own personal use, but not to share or distribute in any format, paid or unpaid. For full information please to our terms and conditions.

Will I be sent a physical product?

No physical product will be sent, Pocket Doodle Reads are supplied as high quality PDF files for you to download instantly, print out and fold. This means that if you have access to a printer now you can print out your Pocket doodle Read straight away today!

Do I need glue, tape or staples?

No, Pocket Doodle Reads need no glue, tape, or staples. Each booklet is made from a single sheet with only one easy scissor cut. The storage pocket is folded from a single printed sheet with no cutting, glue, tape or staples required. Easy to follow instructions are provided.

I have completed checkout but haven't received my confirmation email, what should I do?

Please first check that the confirmation email has not been automatically sorted into a spam or junk folder on your email account. If the email is not there, please wait for a few minutes and recheck your inbox. If the email still doesn’t arrive please contact us as soon as possible via our support page.

I have a problem with the downloaded files, what should I do?

If you can’t find the information you need on this page then please contact us via our support page and we’ll do all we can to help.

The pages don't line up when I fold my booklet?

When you print out your booklets make sure to use the right version of the PDF for your paper size (letter & A4 are included), and also importantly to ensure that they are printed out with the setting ‘actual size’ or ‘Page scaling: none’. We strongly recommend you use Adobe Acrobat Reader® to open and print your files. If you don’t already have it, you can download the latest version for free from this link. There’s more on this in the instructions included.

Can I return my files for a refund?

Due to the fluid nature of digital products, and in accordance most retailers, sorry but we cannot accept returns on downloaded digital files. Please be careful to check the details of any digital product before purchasing to ensure you have the required facilities for making use of it. If you have downloaded a file and find that is faulty please contact us via our support page and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
